Frequently Asked Questions

How can I submit an introduction?

In order to submit an introduction we need your client’s full name, email address, phone number, and city of interest. Preferred location name, company name, number of desks, etc. will help us speed up the process.

Will you be contacting my client?

CTRL typically will manage all communications with referrals. If, however, you’d like to manage all communication for the referral with our CTRL sales team, you can simply let us know when submitting your referral.

How many clients can I introduce?

As many as you’d like! The more you can earn!

When will I receive my fees?

You’ll receive your initial fee payment within 60 days of your client signing their membership agreement.

How will I know if my submission was successful?

You’ll receive an email notification from CTRL as soon as your client signs a membership agreement.

What information do I need to provide to get started?

In order to register and start submitting client introductions, we’ll need you to submit your information on our website. Later, we’ll need ACH banking information in order to transfer fees for successful deals.

How can will I be involved in the sales process?

We want the sales process at CTRL to be as inclusive and transparent as possible. In other words, you will be as involved as you’d like to be.

Which membership plans qualify for a fee?

CTRL will honor fees for the successful introduction of members that sign an agreement for all membership types.

How does the CTRL sales process work?

If you choose to allow CTRL to contact your client directly, a member of our sales team will reach out to your client to determine location preferences, schedule an in-person tour where we have a chance to explain our services, benefits, and community while showcasing the physical space. If you do not give CTRL permission to contact your client directly, a member of our sales team will reach out to you first to discuss your client’s workspace needs.

How can I support the sales process?

Our sales team is well-versed in CTRL’s offerings, so immediately communicating your client’s questions and concerns to our team will ensure an appropriate response.

Can I be involved in the process with my client?

We want the sales process to be as transparent as possible and for you to remain as involved as you’d like. We’ll never reach out to a client without your consent, and you’re always more than welcome to come along on tours of the space.

Can I give the tour myself?

Yes, but a CTRL Sales team member must always accompany you in order to help you answer any questions that come up.

What happens if my client moves out of CTRL prior to their full term?

Brokers will not be penalized. Members are responsible for repaying CTRL an amount equivalent to any pre-paid broker fees for remaining committed months.
