You can reschedule your podcast studio session up to 48 hours before your scheduled time at no charge. Cancellations made within one week of your booking incur a $75 fee, as we reserve the studio, equipment, and staff exclusively for you. This policy ensures availability and quality service for all our podcast recording clients.

We recommend arriving 15–20 minutes before your podcast recording session. This extra time allows you to get comfortable, review your talking points, test microphones and cameras, and ensure your audio and video setup is exactly how you want it before recording begins.

Podcast studio sessions are scheduled back-to-back to ensure fairness for all clients. If you arrive late, your session may still need to end at the scheduled time. However, if there’s no booking immediately after yours, we may be able to extend your time for a small surcharge, so you can still capture all your planned audio or video content.
